Jim Corbett National Park
Jim Corbett National Park is the oldest national park in India and was established in 1936 as Hailey National Park to protect the endangered Bengal tiger.
Corbett’s home at Kaladungi, around 39 kilometers on Nainital road is now a museum that houses memorabilia of the legendry Jim Corbett. En-route are Corbett falls, which is an ideal place for day picnics.
